All you need to do for a fabulous Cake Taste is follow these easy steps:
1 CHOOSE THE TREE CAKE YOU WANT TO BAKE
Simply use one or two of the delicious recipes created by top chefs in our Recipe Booklet, or use tree ingredients to create your own ‘tree cakes’.
2 SET A DATE AND TIME
At a coffee morning, after lunch, at work, with a cup of tea, or in the evening with a glass of wine – Tree Cakes are the ideal accompaniment.
3 SEND OUT INVITATIONS
Download our Tree Cakes invitations, send them by email or telephone TREE AID and ask us to send you some. All your guests need to bring is themselves, an appetite, and a donation for a brilliant cause!
4 SPREADING THE WORD
Of course, it’s all about spreading the word, so to let people at your Cake Taste know all about TREE AID, by downloading the information and posters below, or just telephone us on 0117 909 6363 to ask for a Cake Taste Pack.
5 LET US KNOW

6 COLLECTING THE MONEY
Collecting the money is easy. We will send you our small collection envelopes to put their donations in when you ask for the Cake Taste Pack. The envelopes discreetly remind guests what it’s all about, keeps the money safe and those guests who pay taxes can provide details for TREE AID to claim an extra 22% of the value of their gift in Gift Aid!
7 SENDING THE MONEY TO TREE AID
Send us the money as soon as you can so we can put it to work in Africa. It’s simple, just count the money up and send us a cheque for the full amount, or pay it in through the website and send the envelopes where guests have permitted us to claim Gift Aid to us in the post.
